Premium Plans

SurfEasy offers the option of subscribing to a Premium Plan offering increased bandwidth beyond the Basic Plan. The Premium Plan has different levels or tiers of service depending on your desired bandwidth limit. SurfEasy accepts payment from major credit cards and will charge monthly or yearly depending which plan option a customer selects. If Premium Plan fees are not paid in a timely manner, SurfEasy reserves the right to terminate, suspend and/or limit access to the SurfEasy service.

Billing

The fee for your Premium Plan will be billed in advance from the date you subscribe to the Premium Plan and each monthly or yearly renewal thereafter until you cancel your Premium Plan. Log in to your Account page to view the renewal period for your Premium Plan. Your renewal will be billed on the monthly or yearly anniversary date of the date of your initial subscription. In the event your Premium Plan began on a day not contained in a given month, your account will be billed on the last day of such month or year. For example, if your monthly subscription to a Premium Plan began on October 31st, then November 30th is the next day your account would be billed.

Should you upgrade your Premium Plan to higher tier or service level, the start date for your next renewal period will be reset and you will be billed for the first month or year of the upgraded level of service on a pro-rated basis. For example, if you upgrade to a Premium Plan monthly subscription on May 4th, your next payment is due on June 4th. If on May 24th, you upgrade to a Premium Plan with a higher level of service, you would pay the amount associated with the upgraded plan, less the amount equal to 20 days of your previous Premium Plan rate. Your next payment would then be due on June 24th.

You acknowledge that the amount billed each month or year may vary for reasons that include, differing amounts due to promotional offers, changes in your account, or changes in the amount of applicable sales tax, and you authorize us to charge your credit card for such varying amounts. SurfEasy may also change the fees for the Premium Plan at its discretion. If we change the fees for your subscription will give you advance notice of these changes by email and provide you an opportunity to cancel your account before the new fee takes effect. All fees are in US Dollars and are nonrefundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

Cancelling Your Account

Your SurfEasy Premium Plan will continue in effect until you cancel it. You must cancel your Premium Plan before it renews each month or year in order to avoid billing of the renewal fees.
SurfEasy Premium Plans are prepaid and are non-refundable. You may cancel your Premium Plan at anytime and cancellation will be effective at the end of your prepaid period. You can cancel your Premium Plan by logging into the Account page and following the steps.
