Purchases from SurfEasy.com

Within 30 days of purchase, you may return your SurfEasy USB Key for a refund of the purchase price provided the product is unopened and in its original condition. Shipping is charged separately and is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping the merchandise back to SurfEasy

Please note that we cannot accept returns of open items or items returned more than 30 days past the purchase date.
